• Triage and Assessment

• Individual or Group Tier I Support

Administrators & School Counselors can make the following referrals: 

• Referral to the Education Monitoring Team (EMT-I or EMT_II) 

• Referral to Section 504 Program

• Referral to School Social Worker or School Psychologist

• Safety Screening, Assessment, & Intervention
