Welcome to the Maintenance and Operations homepage for the Anaheim Union High School District.  Our dedicated maintenance staff, provides services to twenty-one locations, comprising of over 2.7 million square feet of building space, and 10 million square feet of athletic turf areas.

Our mission is to support and enhance the academic success of the students in our district, by providing a clean, safe and healthy learning environment, while remaining fiscally responsible.

The Maintenance Department is comprised of trade workers and skilled laborers, who are responsible for the repair and maintenance of buildings and equipment.  This includes air conditioning/heating units, swimming pools, plumbing, electrical systems and painting.  In addition to building maintenance, the department also oversees waste.

The Operations Department includes custodial, pest control and grounds.  We have twenty Plant Managers that oversee custodial and athletic facility operations throughout the district.  Our Grounds Department is responsible for weekly landscape maintenance and tree trimming.  Our Custodial Department is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all buildings, while our Pest Manager works with all sites to create a safe and pesticide free environment, for our Students and Staff.

The Maintenance and Operations Department relies on a computerized maintenance management program to process the intake and assignment of work orders for repairs at our schools.  We complete approximately 15,000 work orders per year.  Thank You for visiting us, and we look forward to serving the Community!
