The Maintenance Department's job is to support district sites. The most efficient way services can be provided in a timely manner is through utilization of M&O's computerized maintenance management system.
Requests for new building systems, should be done using a Site Mod. The Site Mod Request form can be found here and is only accessible to Plant Managers. A Site Mod Request should be submitted before a Work Order has been created.
Improvements and repairs to existing systems should be done using a Work Order submitted by the site's Plant Manager, Senior Admin, or Assistant Principal in charge of Buildings and Grounds through Facilitron.
Note: If the work is an emergency, the site should call the M&O office immediately, and then submit a work order, noting that M&O was called.
To follow up on a work order that you submitted, you can simply log in to your account at: www.https://www.facilitron.com/accounts/maintenanceLogin/login/ and check on the status of your work order.
