At Cambridge Virtual Academy, we believe student success starts with well-being. This space is designed to help students pause, reset, and build healthy habits that support learning—both online and offline.
Deep Belly Breathing: Inhale deeply through your nose, feeling your belly expand, then exhale slowly through your mouth, letting tension release.
Mindful Body Scan
Calming Nature Sounds
Students may use this calming room before class, during breaks, or after challenging moments to help return to learning feeling centered and supported.
This wellness space supports general student well‑being and does not replace professional mental health care. CVA students are encouraged to reach out to school staff for additional support.
