To request student records for a student transfer, please contact your school's registrar/records clerk and indicate in your email what records you are requesting:
NOTE: The request must be made on the requestor's letterhead
How to Request Your Transcripts, Immunization Records or an Enrollment Verification Letter as an Alumni
The AUHSD policy has changed. Now all Alumni and 3rd party companies must make records requests through the custom ordering links listed below. In order to process requests from 3rd party companies, a student release form with a "wet or electronic signature" must be uploaded.

Note: The District does not issue copies of diplomas. We will, however, issue a copy of the transcript that confirms your graduation status.
