Free or Reduced-Priced Meals

Applications for free or reduced priced meals are available in the school cafeteria or in the main office. One application that includes all family members (adults and children) must be filled out each school year. The completed application with all required information, including parent or guardian signature, should be returned to the school cafeteria manager. Families will be notified by mail of their meal eligibility status. Participation in this program may be used by school personnel to identify pupils eligible for public school choice and supplemental educational services pursuant to the No Child Left Behind Act. The Anaheim Union High School District is pleased to introduce an on-line service that allows parents and students to access nutrition information for the school meal program. The information is located on AUHSD’s website “Families Tab”, under Nutrition information. A click on the “Healthy e Living” link offers access to nutrition education tools, basic health principals, and useful calculators to assist you in making wise food choices.
